CIPD Learner Stories: Katie Hayter

Katie was keen to continue her HR studies and enrolled in the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. 

I currently work as an HR Information System & Data Analyst in London, for Nomad Foods Europe Limited. I started studying my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management back in February of 2023 with DPG, the ability to study remotely has opened so many opportunities for me and I am grateful to have the option to further my education alongside working full time.

I have done previous online learning courses throughout my HR career, but DPG had by far the easiest and smoothest enrolment process and the support did not finish there.

Previously I studied by Level 3 CIPD qualification with a different distance learning provider, so when a friend recommended DPG for my further studies, I did some research, and they came out on top for me. It was a no-brainer for me that I wanted to continue my studies in HR, I came straight out of school into an HR Apprenticeship position and have continued that journey through many roles to get to where I am now, working with all things HR Systems and Data related.

I have felt supported every step of the way, I was enrolled and provided all my information and documents with a quick turnaround time, which was good as I was eager to get started, and course support has been outstanding.

I have felt informed and kept in the loop, even throughout some of the CIPD course changes we have been experiencing. Overall, I would recommend DPG to anyone who is considering enrolling in one of their courses!
