For each module you study, you’ll complete written assignments (typically up to 4,000+ words) designed to showcase the knowledge you’ve gained and the skills you’ve developed on your CIPD Level 5 course. All of your assignments are submitted online, marked by our expert tutors and moderated by CIPD.

Please note that CIPD updates their Assessment Briefs annually as part of their Assessment Change Cycle.

We find it takes most learners about 9-11 months to complete their CIPD Level 5 qualification, however, we offer you some flexibility with a support period of 12 months.

The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is right for you if:

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but it's designed for people who have some experience in HR or a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
