YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ THIS AND YOUR STANDARD EUROPEAN CONSUMER CREDIT
INFORMATION BEFORE SIGNING YOUR AGREEMENT.

The following information will help you decide if deferring payments for your course is the right choice for you.

Your Credit Agreement

As you have decided to pay for your course by instalments, we need to make you aware that you are entering into a fixed term loan agreement with DPG Ltd. This loan agreement is to pay off the cost of your course only. It cannot be used and is not suitable for anything else.

How much are the monthly payments?

Your monthly payments are set out in the “key financial information” section of your credit agreement. That is also where you will find the information on the total amount you will have to pay under the terms of your credit agreement.

You need to be sure that you can afford to pay the monthly instalments before signing the credit agreement. You should consider whether, for example, you have any other monthly out goings or financial commitments that mean you will not be able to maintain these monthly payments to DPG Ltd?

What happens if you miss one of the instalments?

If you default with any of the instalments you will be in default of your credit agreement. We may suspend your access to your tutorial support until the payments on your account have been brought back up to date. We may pass your account over to a debt recovery agency and this may affect your chances of obtaining credit in the future.

Your right to withdraw.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days. Refer to Section 7 of the terms and conditions.

If you choose to withdraw you must write to us at DPG Ltd, 7 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PR Glasgow, G2 4GZ and let us know that you want to withdraw.

If you do withdraw from your agreement within 14 days, then we will refund you the initial deposit less any postage and packing charges made to us, within 30 days of receiving your notice to withdraw.

If you decide to cancel your course any time after 14 days, there will be a percentage of your course fee payable by you. Refer to Section 11.3.3 of the terms and conditions.

If you are unsure this is the right product for you, you should not sign the agreement and call us to discuss your options.
