Yes, you can. CIPD qualifications are designed to be studied in progression, allowing you to work your way up the HR career ladder by studying the relevant CIPD qualification.

The CIPD Level 3 Certificate is intended as a foundation qualification, aimed at people who are coming into HR or L&D with little or no existing knowledge of the field. It provides an excellent base to learn the fundamentals of working in people practice that you’ll build on throughout your career.

The next level up in difficulty is the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. This is an intermediate-level qualification that’s aimed at professionals who have some existing knowledge and experience of HR in a workplace setting. If you have successfully passed the CIPD Level 3 qualification, you’ll be eligible to study for the CIPD Level 5 Diploma.

The next and final qualification that you’ll be able to study once you’ve completed your Level 5 is the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. It’s designed for senior professionals with in-depth experience in HR who are looking to refine their careers and develop strategic insight.

At DPG, we pride ourselves on helping you get CIPD qualified without breaking the bank.
