Designed by 150 leading companies and bodies around the world, both public and private sector, PRINCE2 involves a process-based method for successful project management of PRojects In Controlled Environments.
PRINCE2 qualifications provide those in project management-related jobs with the key knowledge and essential skills to confidently undertake and effectively apply PRINCE2 to real-life projects, mitigating perceived problems and managing possible risks.
PRINCE2 offers qualifications at two levels: Foundation and Practitioner.
Through the Foundation level, you will be introduced to principles, themes and processes of the PRINCE2 methodology, enabling you to tackle and deliver projects within budget in a timely manner, managing any potential risks or problems that may arise.
With the skills and knowledge gained from the Foundation level qualification, you will acquire a comprehensive understanding of PRINCE2 terminology, themes, processes and principles, to ultimately work within PRINCE2 projects with ease. You’ll then be able to advance to the Practitioner course and start on your way to becoming a fully certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
The Practitioner level, on the other hand, concentrates on teaching you how to adapt and apply the PRINCE2 project management methodology effectively to a variety of projects and scenarios.
While the Foundation course teaches you the fundamentals, the Practitioner course teaches you the practical elements necessary to be successful in project management.
Upon completion of this certification, you’ll also be eligible to claim a free 3-month trial of MyAxelos membership, pushing the advancement of your project management career even further.
The combined PRINCE2 certification is designed to get you accustomed to the PRINCE2 methodology and processes, while quickly and naturally advancing you to the Practitioner level immediately upon completion of the Foundation level.
Whether you are an experienced project manager or you are just starting out in a project management related role, this two-in-one qualification can develop and advance your career, ultimately helping you become a skilled project manager faster and more affordably.
As you are already well aware, professional qualifications cost money. Although many students opt for an upfront payment on their tuition, we also offer payments in installments to help you manage the cost of your qualification by spreading payments out over a period.
