We are so confident in our CIPD programmes, we’ve even developed our own staff through them. Sharon Yip is one of our CIPD Programme Advisors, she’s working through completing the CIPD Level 3 HR Practice in Manchester.
Upon starting the CIPD programme, I felt that it was important to get a feel for the qualification and understand any barriers other delegates overcome working through the programme. So far, I have gained a greater understanding of HR and how time management is a key factor for the programme.
I’ve learned a lot about the issues that HR professionals are faced with on a daily basis, such as resourcing talent, managing employment relations and HR principles, and the programme has helped me deal with situations like these in the most appropriate way possible.
My favourite part of the programme was the resource and talent planning unit, I thoroughly enjoyed the roleplay interview and how there are many different processes we have to go through in order to find successful talent.
This is an ideal qualification for people who are looking to enter the HR industry or with little HR understanding. Completing this qualification will provide you with huge wealth of knowledge in what is involved in HR and how to handle and deal with issues that arise in a workforce.
