Our aim is to make your monthly payments as affordable as possible. This mean that your monthly payments will likely be payable over a different term than the length of the support period for your course.

Yes, you still need to pay your monthly payment! When you enrol, your payments will be spread over an agreed period of time, meaning you'll need to pay even if you decide not to study during a particular month. 

Yes, it is! When you enrol with us, you'll be asked to pay an initial deposit. Following this, you'll continue to make your set monthly payments as agreed. 

Yes, you do! Being that the total of the course is split over the payment period, if you finish early, you'll still have outstanding payment months leftover. However, you can pay off any outstanding fees at any time when you contact us directly. 

Should you have a change of heart and prefer to pursue a different course post-enrolment, no problem! We may be able to accommodate a transfer to a different course within the 30-day window starting from your enrolment date.

However, should you no longer wish to continue your studies with us, you're entitled to exercise your statutory right to cancel the course for a 14-day period from the day following the receipt of your login details or physical materials, depending on which arrives later. Upon cancellation, you'll receive a full refund of any fees paid.

In cases where you choose to discontinue your studies with us beyond the 14-day statutory period, a cancellation process is still available albeit with associated fees. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the outstanding balance of your course fees. For balances below £500, a fixed fee of £50 will apply. For balances exceeding £500, the cancellation fee comprises 10% of the outstanding balance on your account plus an additional £50. Any outstanding fees will be added to this cancellation fee.

If you feel you can no longer afford the payments on your course, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your options with you.

We may offer you a brief payment break, or they may discuss cancellation with you.

If you get to the end of your support period and you haven’t yet completed your course, we may be able to extend the support period for a one-off fee. This fee, however, is dependent on the length of extension required.

The cost of your course will vary depending on your chosen faculty and qualification. 

If you are self-funding, we'll confirm the course cost and payment terms before you enrol. 

If your employer is funding the course, we’ll confirm these details with them before you enrol.

Your employer is responsible for any remaining payments. 

Should you wish to proceed with your studies and take charge of funding the course independently, pending your employer's permission, we can shift the payment arrangement to your name. Your employer would need to contact us to validate the arrangement. We'll then reach out to you directly to facilitate the payment transfer.

You will choose this date prior to enrolment. 

If you choose to pay monthly by direct debit you can pay the instalments on the 1st, 11th, 21st or 28th of each month.

If you choose to pay monthly by credit/debit card or bank transfer, you may choose the specific date you wish to make your monthly payment. 

Yes, you can change whenever you'd like!  

If you choose to pay monthly by direct debit or the payments are automatically taken monthly from your credit/debit card, it may not be possible to change the date before the next payment is due.
